Following on from my recent experience with Femesque’s professional wig fitting service, I just had to write and say thank you to the team and encourage others who may be thinking of doing the same to go ahead and just book themselves in.

Over the years, like many, I have tried on a number of wigs and had a series of good and bad hair days wasting a great deal of money making the mistake of ordering a wig over the internet which is hardly ever a good idea.

I arrived at Femesque and, as always, received a warm welcome from Lynne putting me at ease. First, in a private dressing room my eyebrows were reshaped looking fantastic in female mode whilst still blending in back in male mode. Next my makeup was expertly applied and Lynne, with her years of experience working with hair and wigs, helped me try on more wigs than I can remember. Throughout the process she gave her expert opinion and I felt completely confident in her ability unlike some of my other experiences where they simply just want you to buy something that may well never suit you.

In the end I chose one of their new lace front wigs which provides an incredibly realistic hair line with the individual hairs really looking like they are your own, something which has to be experienced to be believed. Following on from my choice the wig was professionally trimmed to fit me perfectly and Lynne showed me how I could simply change the look myself by wearing it up or down giving me instruction on how to do this myself. I was so impressed with the finished result and the realistic appearance that I had no problem in finding the confidence to walk out and go home still dressed.

Since getting a wig styled by Femesque I have had so many people comment about how good it looks and, with the realistic lace front, people are amazed that it is not my own hair. If anyone out there is considering investing in a new wig then I would strongly urge you to visit the team. You wont regret it!
